When do we start?

We start Monday December 11, 2017.  I strategically chose this time frame  not only to help you prepare for all the holiday parties, but also to get ahead on your New Years Resolutions of Living Fit Now. 
Why should I join?

It's the end of the year and this can be a way to jump start a healthy habit of being physically active on a daily basis. It won't take a ton of time, it doesn't cost anything and you don't have to go anywhere - these are usually the top "excuses of why I can't". I want to make it easy as to "why YOU CAN".
